A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your session. This fee secures your date and covers preparation and planning time.

The most important thing is to stay true to your family’s style. Most family and portrait sessions run for approximately 60 – 90 minutes. Weddings and events vary depending on your coverage requirements.

You can expect your images to be delivered within 1–3 weeks for standard sessions. Weddings and larger events may take longer due to the volume of images.

Your images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos easily.


9. How do I purchase and download my photos?

10. Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes, I offer high-quality prints and albums/Photo books. These can be added to your package or purchased separately after your session.


11. Can we choose which photos we receive?

Absolutely. Depending on your package, you will either select your favourite images from a gallery or receive a curated selection.


12. What happens if we need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate a new date.


13. What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, we can reschedule if the weather isn’t suitable. Your session experience and image quality are always my priority.


14. Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes, mini sessions are occasionally offered as special promotions or fundraising events. These are limited-time offers and are not always available.


15. Can we request specific poses or shots?

Of course! I encourage clients to share ideas or inspiration. I will also guide you throughout the session to ensure natural, beautiful results.


16. How far in advance should we book?

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons. Family sessions can often be scheduled with shorter notice depending on availability.
